Along the way I've picked up a pretty good sense of what works and what doesn't. My background is a mix of transformation consulting and hands-on development, which means I can zoom out to the big picture and zoom back in to actually get things done. Whether it's rethinking how teams work together, bringing AI into everyday workflows, or reshaping the operating model โ I'm happiest when something genuinely changes for the better.
I design operating models, delivery lifecycles, and team structures. I help teams adopt agile working with practices like Scrum. I've done this across Banking, Gaming, Telecoms, Logistics, and Insurance โ always focused on real outcomes, not just frameworks on a slide.
I love helping leaders and teams get better at what they do โ whether that's agile ways of working, product thinking, or getting the most out of AI. I've designed and run coaching programmes for teams of all shapes and sizes.
Not just bolting AI tools on โ I help teams genuinely rethink how work gets done. Whether it's Generative AI, Machine Learning, or other AI-powered tools, I focus on what's practical and actually useful.
I still build! Right now I'm working on things like an AI agent toolbox for product workflows. SvelteKit is my framework of choice and I use it for all my side projects.
